Lurking in the shadows there are many more unsung heroes. Since it's toofer Thursday I thought I would toast a few special members of my post production family. The goal is always to build a team that keeps making the work better from start to finish, and these two fellas have been polishing my effort for years. Micah Kirz (screen left) has been putting the final spit shine on my footage for just as long. A magician when it comes to color grading. He has an innate ability to create looks that not only fit the story, but elevate it. He knows my playlist, he knows I love wings and he knows I hate magenta. There is no other guy I would rather have working the balls when it comes to color. Start the weekend early and raise your glasses to these two guys. #nonessential #essentialtome. ...
