As the founder of Out Of The Blue, Micah is the captain of our team. There is almost nothing that Micah could not achieve with his imagination and a few hours in his grading suite. Micah is a visionary, his keen eye for beauty and creativity allows him to maintain a balance between the product vision and the realization of your projects. Micah's versatility allows him to take on a variety of projects from simple grading to the more demanding high end projects. He is incredibly easy to work with and loves getting feedback from clients to make sure their project exceeds expectations. Oh, and by the way, if you haven‘t noticed, his favorite color is blue.

Scott's creativity has become invaluable to us. On top of being a visionary and an innovator Scott is also an artisan that first begins by conceptualizing the original idea and transforming it into a beautiful and simple design. So when you leave Out of the Blue with a masterpiece, you know who to thank. He accepts flowers, chocolates and one-way tickets to his Costa Rican villa.

Courtney is our newest acquisition at Out of the Blue and she's hit the ground running! Her problem solving skills, creative abilities and enthusiasm for the craft of color correction make her a true asset to the team. Courtney's ambition and ability to communicate well with other artists of varying backgrounds and aesthetics will ensure her a promising career in the post production industry. Her favorite part of the day is lunchtime!
